  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 0.5 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 4 pre-sliced hamburger buns
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish lightly with non-stick spray or butter.

Step 2

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Drain any excess grease.

Step 3

Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the onion is softened and fragrant.
