Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of Camembert cheese
  • 3 tablespoons cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (for dusting)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Lightly dust a clean surface with flour and roll out the puff pastry sheet until it is large enough to wrap around the Camembert wheel.

Step 3

Cut the Camembert wheel horizontally in half to create two thinner rounds.

Step 4

On the bottom half of the Camembert, spread 1.5 tablespoons of cranberry sauce, then sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chopped walnuts and half the chopped rosemary. Lightly drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey over the top.

Place the other half of the Camembert on top like a sandwich, then repeat the layering with the remaining cranberry sauce, walnuts, rosemary, and honey.
