Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Dried lavender buds

  • 1 tablespoon Dried mint leaves
  • 4 cups Boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or sweetener (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the dried lavender buds, chamomile flowers, lemon balm leaves, and mint leaves. Mix well to distribute the herbs evenly.

Step 2

Measure 2 tablespoons of the herbal tea blend and place it into a tea infuser, tea ball, or directly in your teapot if using a strainer later.

Step 3

In a kettle or pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

Step 4

Carefully pour the boiling water over the tea blend and allow it to steep for 7-10 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.
