  • 1 sheet Frozen puff pastry sheet
  • 100 grams Dark chocolate
  • 20 grams Unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Flour

Directions

Step 1

Thaw the frozen puff pastry sheet at room temperature for 30 minutes, or follow package instructions for thawing.

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly dust with flour.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate and unsalted butter together in 20-second increments, stirring after each, until smooth and glossy. Set aside to cool slightly.
