Ingredients

  • 12 oz Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 12 oz Milk chocolate chips
  • 16 oz White almond bark
  • 16 oz Dry roasted peanuts

Directions

Step 1

Prepare a baking sheet or countertop by lining it with wax paper or parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and white almond bark. Break the almond bark into smaller chunks to ensure even melting.

Step 3

Microwave the chocolate mixture on high for 1 minute. Remove and stir. If the chocolate is not fully melted, continue microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.

Step 4

Once the chocolate mixture is melted, add the dry roasted peanuts to the bowl. Stir thoroughly to ensure the peanuts are fully coated in the chocolate mixture.

Step 5

Using a spoon, drop clusters of the mixture onto the prepared wax or parchment paper. You can make them as small or as large as you prefer.

Step 6

Allow the peanut clusters to set at room temperature until firm, approximately 30-60 minutes. For quicker results, place the clusters in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

Step 7

Once the clusters are set, store them in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
