Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 0.5 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 0.5 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 cup maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup dried cranberries
  • 0.75 cup raisins

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, ground cinnamon, and sea salt. Stir well to mix evenly.

Step 3

In a small saucepan over low heat, warm the maple syrup and coconut oil until the coconut oil is fully melted. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

Step 4

Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl. Stir well until all the dry ingredients are evenly coated.

Spread the granola mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, making sure to press it down slightly with the back of a spoon to create clumps.
