  • 12 sheets Lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups Ricotta cheese
  • 10 ounces Spinach
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 12 ounces Roasted red peppers
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside on a flat surface.

In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Sauté the spinach until wilted. Let it cool slightly, then chop finely.

In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
