  • 100 grams Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 200 grams Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 cup White wine
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook lasagna noodles until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and lay them flat on a clean towel to prevent sticking.
