  • 6 leaves Fresh basil leaves (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a standard 12-cup muffin tin with olive oil or cooking spray.

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until blended.
