  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and lay them out flat on a parchment-lined baking sheet to prevent sticking.
