  • 2 tbsp Ground toasted rice
  • 2 finely chopped (optional, for spice) Bird's eye chilies
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 6 large leaves (for serving) Lettuce leaves

Directions

Step 1

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add the ground chicken along with 2 tablespoons of water. Cook, breaking up the chicken with a wooden spoon, until fully cooked and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground chicken with the sliced shallots, green onions, chopped cilantro, and mint leaves.
