  • 2 tablespoons Fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 50 grams Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil (for frying)
  • 4 pieces Lemon wedges (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, finely chopped red onion, minced garlic, parsley, mint, oregano, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper.

Step 2

Add the breadcrumbs and egg to the mixture, and mix everything thoroughly with your hands until well combined.

Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each into a round patty, approximately 1 centimeter thick.

Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
