Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground lamb
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 Egg

  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 small Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium Tomato, diced
  • 0.25 Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 pieces Pita bread

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
