  • 500 grams Ground lamb
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh mint leaves, finely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 0.25 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 whole Burger buns
  • 4 leaves Lettuce leaves
  • 1 whole Tomato, sliced
  • 0.25 whole Cucumber, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Mustard (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, chopped mint leaves, minced garlic, finely chopped red onion, ground cumin, ground coriander, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and black pepper.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly using your hands or a spoon until they are well combined.
