  • 1 medium, finely chopped tomato
  • 20 grams parsley
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.

Gradually add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients while mixing until a soft dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
