  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup sundried tomatoes, julienned
  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

Directions

Step 1

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3

Reduce the heat to medium and add butter to the skillet. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
