  • 113 grams Unsalted butter
  • 150 grams Granulated sugar
  • 30 grams All-purpose flour
  • 30 ml Light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.

Step 2

In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the granulated sugar, light corn syrup, milk, and vanilla extract until fully combined.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add the flour mixture into the melted butter mixture, stirring to create a smooth batter.
