  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 4 Brioche hot dog buns
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cups Arugula (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, lime juice, chopped chives, chili flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the dressing.

Step 2
