  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 300 milliliters Beef stock
  • 150 milliliters Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and milk. Let sit for 5 minutes until the breadcrumbs absorb the liquid.

Add the ground beef, ground pork, egg, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, white pepper, and ground allspice to the bowl. Mix until fully combined, being careful not to overmix.
