  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.25 cup Fresh basil leaves (optional, for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and lay them flat on a lightly oiled surface to prevent sticking.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground Italian sausage and cook until browned, breaking it into crumbles. Remove from heat and set aside.
