  • 2 large Eggs
  • 150 grams Breadcrumbs

  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 4 pieces Burger buns
  • 200 grams Cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 large Carrot (shredded)
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon White vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt (for coleslaw)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper (for coleslaw)
  • 0 Optional burger toppings (lettuce, tomato, etc.)

Directions

Step 1

1. Cut the unsalted butter into small cubes and freeze it for about 10 minutes.
