  • 1 teaspoon Rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 2 stalks Green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 cups Cooked white rice (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar, gochujang, and rice vinegar. Mix well to create a marinade.

Step 2

Place the ribeye steaks in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steaks, ensuring they are fully coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour (or up to overnight for more intense flavor).

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the steaks from the marinade, letting the excess drip off, and carefully place them in the pan.
