  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 4 stalks Green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Neutral cooking oil

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes to make the sauce. Set aside.

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add the cooking oil.
