Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, cream cheese, and granulated sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

Gradually mix in the all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup at a time, until a smooth dough forms. Be careful not to overmix.

Divide the dough in half, shape each portion into a flat disc, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
