  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika (for garnish, optional)

Directions

Step 1

If using potatoes, peel and dice them into bite-sized cubes. Boil in salted water for 10-15 minutes or until fork-tender. Drain and let cool completely. If using macaroni, cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, rinse under cold water, and let cool completely.
