Ingredients

  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 slices Bread
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 slice Cheese (cheddar or American)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add the butter and vegetable oil, allowing it to melt and coat the bottom of the pan.
