Place a nonstick skillet over medium heat and allow it to warm up for about 2 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the skillet and swirl it around to coat the surface evenly.
Place the slices of bologna in the skillet. Use a small knife to make 3-4 small cuts on the edges of each slice to prevent curling as they cook.
