Ingredients

  • 4 medium Russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter

  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Peel the russet potatoes and rinse them under cold water. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel, then slice them into thin rounds, approximately 1/4-inch thick.

Step 2

Place a large skillet (preferably cast iron) over medium heat. Add the unsalted butter and olive oil to the skillet, allowing the butter to melt and combine with the oil.
