  • 6 pieces Chicken pieces (bone-in, skin-on or skinless)
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking spray or vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper and place a wire rack on top.
