  • 1 tbsp Dried parsley flakes
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 cups Egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a large stockpot, place the chicken and cover it with 10 cups of water.

Step 2

Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the water to enhance the flavor of the broth.

Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat to a simmer. Skim off any foam or impurities that rise to the surface.
