Ingredients

  • 2 pieces chicken breasts
  • 250 grams penne pasta
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 0.5 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and rinse under cold water to cool it down. Set aside.

While the pasta cooks, prepare the chicken. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
