Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

While the noodles are cooking, prepare the cabbage. Trim off any tough outer leaves, then halve the cabbage and remove the core. Slice the cabbage thinly into shreds.
