Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cooked king crab meat (shelled and flaked)
  • 0.25 cup Mayonnaise

  • 0.5 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 leaves Iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium Tomato (sliced)
  • 0.5 piece Avocado (sliced)
  • 4 slices Sourdough bread (or bread of choice)
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter

Directions

Step 1

In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper to create the Louie dressing. Mix until smooth and set aside.

Step 2

In another bowl, gently toss the cooked king crab meat with 2 tablespoons of the Louie dressing to lightly coat it. Reserve the remaining dressing for spreading on the bread.
