Ingredients

  • 16.5 oz Refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries
  • 0.5 cup Fresh blueberries
  • 2 medium Fresh kiwi fruit
  • 0.5 cup Fresh pineapple chunks

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

Roll out the refrigerated sugar cookie dough onto a greased or parchment-lined pizza pan to form a large round crust. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from oven and let cool completely.

Step 3

While the cookie crust cools, make the frosting. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.

Step 4

Once the cookie crust has cooled, spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the top using a spatula.

Step 5

Prepare the fruits by washing and slicing as necessary. Slice strawberries into thin pieces, peel and slice the kiwis, and make sure the pineapple chunks are bite-sized.

Step 6

Arrange the fresh fruits over the cream cheese frosting in a decorative pattern. Get creative with rows, concentric circles, or a random colorful design.

Step 7

Chill the fruit pizza in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set. Slice into wedges and serve!
