  • 1 pound kielbasa sausage
  • 3 medium bell peppers (mixed colors)

  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Slice the kielbasa into 1/4-inch thick rounds and set aside.

Wash and chop the bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli florets, carrot, and onion into bite-sized pieces.

Mince the garlic cloves finely and set aside.

Prepare the stir fry sauce by whisking together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey or brown sugar, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water in a small bowl. Set aside.
