  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 leaf bay leaf
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Slice the kielbasa sausage into 1/4-inch thick rounds.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the sliced kielbasa to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes. Remove the kielbasa and set it aside on a plate.
