  • 4 cups Kale
  • 9 ounces Cheese tortellini
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Slice the kielbasa sausage into half-inch rounds and add them to the pot. Cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes, then remove and set aside.

Dice the onion, mince the garlic cloves, and slice the carrots and celery. Add the diced onion to the same pot and cook for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
