Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Cut the kielbasa into 16 equal-sized pieces, roughly 1.5 inches each.
Unroll the refrigerated crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles along the perforations.
Cut each triangle of dough in half lengthwise to create 16 thin strips of dough.
