  • 2 medium celery stalks, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Slice the kielbasa sausage into bite-sized rounds or half-moons.

Step 2

In a slow cooker, add the sliced kielbasa, drained and rinsed white beans, drained and rinsed black beans, and diced tomatoes with their juice.

Add the chicken broth, diced onion, diced carrots, diced celery, and minced garlic to the slow cooker.
