  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Grated carrot
  • 0.5 cup Finely diced onion
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup Ketchup (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
