  • 3 egg yolks

  • 1 tablespoon lime slices or zest (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).

In a medium mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until the texture resembles wet sand.
