Ingredients

  • 500 g raw prawns
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • 200 g mixed salad greens
  • 1 whole avocado
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 medium red onion
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the prawns. Peel and devein them if necessary, then pat them dry with a paper towel.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, red chili flakes, salt, and black pepper.

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned prawns to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they turn pink and are fully cooked. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
