Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground pork
  • 150 g Minced shrimp
  • 2 tbsp Psyllium husk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 small Shallot
  • 1.5 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
  • 1 tbsp Coconut aminos
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp White pepper
  • 6 sheets Nori sheets
  • 3 tbsp Avocado oil

Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, minced shrimp, psyllium husk, and egg.

Finely mince the garlic and shallot, then add them to the meat mixture.

Season with Chinese five-spice powder, coconut aminos, salt, and white pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
