  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 medium White onion, finely diced
  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 2 tbsp Coconut flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp Cream cheese
  • 2 large Eggs, beaten
  • 6 slices Cheddar cheese slices
  • 6 slices Pickle slices
  • 2 tbsp Mustard (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for the keto slider buns.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir and microwave for an additional 30 seconds if needed, until fully melted and combined.

Step 3

Add almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and beaten eggs to the cheese mixture. Stir until a dough forms. Knead the dough with your hands if needed to combine thoroughly.
