Ingredients

  • 200 grams Raw prawns (peeled and deveined)
  • 30 grams Coconut flour
  • 2 large Egg whites
  • 5 grams Unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Ground white pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 500 milliliters Avocado or coconut oil (for frying)

Directions

Step 1

Place the raw prawns into a food processor and blend until a smooth paste forms.

Step 2

Transfer the prawn paste into a mixing bowl. Add coconut flour, egg whites, gelatin powder, sesame oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, white pepper, and baking powder.

Mix thoroughly until a sticky and well-combined dough forms.

On a piece of parchment paper, roll the dough into a log shape approximately 2 inches in diameter. Wrap the log tightly in parchment paper or cling film, twisting the ends to seal.
