Ingredients

  • 12 leaves Butter lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium Zucchini
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 cup Shredded purple cabbage
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 0.25 cup Chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 small Garlic clove
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 teaspoons Toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Wash and pat dry the butter lettuce leaves. Set aside on a plate.

Step 2

Using a sharp knife or a julienne peeler, slice the zucchini, red bell pepper, and cucumber into thin strips.

Step 3

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice the flesh into thin strips.
