  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (or avocado oil)
  • 2 large eggs (beaten)
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sausage to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes. Remove the sausage from the pan and set aside.
