  • 2 tablespoons Ground flaxseed
  • 5 tablespoons Water
  • 2 tablespoons Nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut aminos
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Avocado oil
  • 8 large pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 4 tablespoons Vegan mayonnaise
  • 8 pieces Sliced pickles
  • 4 slices Sliced tomato
  • 4 slices Sliced red onion
  • 4 slices Avocado slices

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the ground flaxseed and water. Let sit for 5 minutes to form a flax 'egg'.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Stir in the flax 'egg' and coconut aminos. Mix until a dough forms.
