  • 3 cups Cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons Ground flaxseed
  • 6 tablespoons Water
  • 2 tablespoons Nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0 as needed Coconut oil spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly spray the parchment paper with coconut oil spray.

Step 2

Steam the cauliflower florets for 5-7 minutes, or until tender. Transfer to a food processor and pulse until the cauliflower resembles a rice-like texture.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground flaxseed and water. Stir and let sit for 5 minutes to form a flax egg.

In a large bowl, mix the riced cauliflower, almond flour, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir in the flax egg until a dough forms.
