Ingredients

  • 1 large head Cauliflower
  • 4 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Sour cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 slices Cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil (optional, for baking dish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a medium-sized baking dish with olive oil (optional).

Step 2

Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam them in a large pot over boiling water until very tender, about 10-12 minutes.
